Job Summary
Mixes and responsibly servers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Guests in the bar area and service bar according to your Bar recipes, standards, and procedures. Serves food to Guest dining in bar area. responsible for meeting specific sales expectations as set by management on daily Basis.
Essential Functions
* Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with the bar Serving statement Policy.
* Make suggestions and answers questions regarding Food, beverage, and Service.
* Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage for sale to bar and dining room guest according to the Bar recipes,Quality standards, and procedures to ensure uncompromising freshness.
* Serves liquor , draft/ bottle beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages in appropriate glassware as specified in recipe manuals.
* Create a welcoming bar atmosphere of gracious hospitality
* write down and accurately input guest's order at the POS.
* Present accurate guest check , accept payments, and quickly makes correct change.
* Responsible for attention and response to bar guests needs and request throughout entire visit.
* Maintain friendly, courteous and cheerful attitude to ensure a positive memorable experience for the guest
*Stocks all liquors, beers, wines , mixes, Garnishes, Glassware and miscellaneous bar supplies according to the bar Standards.
*Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in coolers,wells,sinks, floor and other storage areas
Accountability
Refrain from illegally furnishing intoxicating beverages to guest as defined by the Bar serving policy. guest drinks order are filled quickly as per your bar rules.Bar service will be conducted in a way as to create new business and avoid guest complaints. BARTENDER are accountable for the accurate payments and balancing of the cash . inventories must correspond with bar cash totals.
