Take guests information and accurately quotes wait when tables are not immediately available
Clears tables and chair of dirty dishes , glass , and tableware. cleans and resets the tables according to your restaurant standards.
Clean and organised Your podium as well as area around.
Say Hello and goodbye to every guest as they enter and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive Dining Experience.
Accountability
Display Gracious hospitality at all times ,smiles and make every guest feel welcome and at home. seat and present Menus that are in flawless condition to all guest in a professional manner.
Suggest Food and beverage items to every tables while presenting menus . control flow of Guest in the dining room to ensure efficient service .Maintain and Quotes accurate wait times to guests accurately.
Opening And Closing Duties of HOST
Host Opening Duties
Clean and maintain podium (Host desk) and near area.
Maintain Cleanliness of the entrance area
Prepare Morning allocation and
Update all notice boards
Clean and Stack all the menus
Check the restrooms for cleanliness
Ensure floor cleaning
Turn on all the T.v and music System of the restaurant
Host Closing Duties
Ensure Cleanliness once the last guest leaves
Turn off all the the signage and outsides Lights.
turn off all the Tv and music systems of the restaurant.
Collect all the feedback forms for the day and check with the Manager on duty.
make a requisition for next day operations.
