Job Summary
Sales the service of food and beverage items to dining room guest in accordance with restaurant standards . responsible for meeting specific sales expectations, as set by management on a daily basis.
Essential Functions
Displays Gracious Hospitality throughout the shift .
Guides the guest through food, beverage, and promotional menus
Makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food ,beverage ,and service.
Write down and accurately inputs the guests order at the micros.
Delivery food and beverages from the kitchen and the service bar according to your restaurant standard
Ensure highest quality preparation and presentation of all of the food and beverage items.
Responsible for attention and response to guests needs and request throughout entire meal.
Presents an accurate guest check, accepts payments and quickly makes correct change .
Specific side works and station maintenance.
Serves a two to four tables with a designated zone station.
Maintain a pleasant , courteous and friendly attitude while contributing to a teamwork- based work environment
Says hello & goodbye to guests in the restaurant to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience.
Accountabilities
Food and drinks must be served according to your restaurant standards within specified time limits . Service will be conducted in a way as to create new business and avoid guest complaints. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales expectations as determined and monitored by Managements

Closing Duties
Opening Duties :
Clean and dust all the artifacts .
Set up the dining Room
Set all tables with mats(if any) ,silverware, napkins, condiment tray.
Check all the stock of Tabasco, ketchup, salt N pepper, (if applicable) on table as well as on side stations stock
Start all the POS systems.
Stock all the glasses and pitchers
Make sure Floor is neat N clean.
Closing Duties :
Put away all silverware, napkins,plates & condiment tray away.
Refill all the stock in condiment trays
Re wipe all the table top , and wipe all the chairs
Ensure floor cleaning
Clean all side stations
Close all the POS systems
Ensure all the glasses washed , wiped and stack properly.
