As a ,Server , yo make a Commission off the sales of Food and Beverages by being a gracious Host and providing quality Food and Service , you make money .since your goal is to make as much money as you can . maximize every sale s opportunity by selling , smiling, serving your guest , and making them happy . your job as a server is to create memorable dining experience for each guest every shift through gracious hospitality . the first step is to sell yourself ! it is so important that you look your best , create a fun atmosphere, and exhibit a great attitude at tall times. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment and make customer feel as if they were guest in your home ,if you leave a great first impression , a one time gust may develop into a regular guest who request your section on return visits.

As a server my job is to :
Be a gracious Host and ensure uncompromising Food and Beverage's Quality
Focus on making money by increasing my tip percentages through suggestive selling and great service.
Smile look great and maintain a crisp and impeccable appearance
carry himself in a professional manner that exemplifies excellence
create a welcoming environment and make customer feel as if they were guests in my home.
Act as the tour guide and guide guest through food , beverages , promotional menu or any event in your outlet.
Suggestively sell menu
Maximize sales opportunities by closing the deal quickly and efficiently
Provide uncompromising service by being a gracious Host.
develop relationship with guest that encourage return visits by creating memorable experience
Support the rest of the team by assisting where needed to increase the restaurant's efficiencies
Ensure restaurant profitability by capturing all sales and minimizing costs.
