 As a  Bartender, you makes a commission off the sales of food and beverages by being a gracious Host committed to quality  food and Service, you make Money . Since your goal is to make as much money as you can Maximize every.  sales opportunity by selling ,smiling, serving our guest and making them feel at home . Create a friendly atmosphere and develop Guest relations to increase sales as well as your tips. The first step is to yourself. It is so important that you look best, create a fun atmosphere and exhibit a great attitude at all times. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment and make a customer  feel  as if they were Guests in your home .if you leave a great impression , a one time Guest may develop into regular Guest  who request your section upon all return Visits.

What is my job ?

As a Bartender, my job is :-

·         Be Gracious Host and Provide Quality Food and Service

·         Focus on making money by increasing my tips Through  Great  Service

·         Look Good, And maintain a crisp and impeccable appearance

·         Carry myself in a Professional manner that exemplifies excellent

·         Create a Welcoming environment and make guest feel at home

·         Act as the tour Guide and  Guest through  food, beverage and promotional menu Selections

·         Promote Suggestive selling of  F&B items

·         Support the sales team by assisting where needed to increase the bar efficiency

·         Provide top quality  service by going and beyond  my guest expectations

·         Develop relationship with guest that encouraged regular visits
