What does it mean ? When you welcome guest , you are represent your Bar/ Restaurant.
Your appearance , your smile , and your welcoming attitude all to go into representing what your bar is all about. It is just like a professional athletes. When they are wearing their team ‘s uniform , the owner expects them to act in a positive manner .they do not want to see the person yelling at teammates or acting in a way that hurts the team . it’s the same with you .when you wear you bar uniform and greet the guest we expect you to represent our Bar in the most positive , friendly , and welcoming way possible . That’s what we mean by being a guest relations expert. Guests come to Your Bar Looking for WoW food and WoW service from happy , friendly people. It’s up to you to create an atmosphere of fun and festivity .you begin to set the tone just by your Guests know that you like what you’re doing and that you’re happy and proud to work at Your Bar

A positive attitude is the primary and most important part of being a guest relations expert.
Always have a warm smile while taking to guest on the phone
Always Smile and make eye contact
Always open the door for the guests
Always say hello and good bye to every guest , never let guest leaves without speaking to them. Invite them back
Be attentive to the needs and special request of each guest
Its everyone’s responsibility to keep the bar/ restaurant neat and clean
