Opening duties of bartender
Read log Book
Ensure bar , Bar tables, bar stools, are dust free and in good condition
Ensure liquor shelves are clean, full and organized
Ensure coolers are well stocked
Ensure enough availability of dry products like – Straw, Skewers, napkins etc.
Ensure glassware are neat and clean, and well stoked and organised
Ensure liquor stock & Soft are stocked as per requirement
Ensure bar equipment are working properly
Ensure all garnish are fresh and prepared as per desired specs
Ensure all mixes are prepared as per standards recipes and approved by manager on duty
Closing duties of bartender
Make requisition for next day for liquor , supplies & soft
Ensure all liquor bottles, store N pourer are wiped and properly stacked in lockers
Ensure glassware are wiped, and well restocked and organised
Ensure bar Equipment and sink properly cleaned
Bar mats, trash bins and bar floor properly washed
Ensure all beers are stocked in coolers
Prepare log book for morning staff.
